We were tasked with modernizing the look and feel of Lenczner Slaght’s digital appearance with a website and social branding redesign. We did a complete overhaul of the existing site IA and drastically simplified the structure of the site as a whole.
Looking at data analytics and speaking with the client, we created user personas based on the main three types of users and used those insights to help drive our decision making during the redesign.
